Refund policy

All sales are final and no exchange or returns are allowed.

Once you checkout, we cannot change or cancel your order as we book the items based on buyer's orders. Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds as this is subjected to actual logistical conditions.

For changes to shipping address, please email us with your order ID and new address.

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged parcel or you received the wrong item, please reach out to our team via email (referenceonlystore@gmail.com) to report the damage/error and provide the necessary evidence following these guidelines:

  • Reporting Damage / Error: You must report any damage to us within 5 calendar days of receiving the parcel. This allows us to promptly address the issue with relevant parties.
  • Photo: To expedite the resolution process, clear photo proof of the damage must be provided. This can include images of the damaged packaging, contents, and any relevant labels.

For Overseas Delivery Address - Any damage that occurs during transit via DHL / FedEx / UPS will have a standard coverage of USD20 per kg or as per the Terms and Conditions of the selected Courier.

If you would like higher coverage, you may purchase additional coverage under the item "Overseas Shipping Insurance".

For Singapore Delivery Address - Any damage that occurs during delivery are covered up to SGD 300, or the product amount whichever lower. If you would like higher coverage, please purchase additional coverage under the item "Local Shipping Insurance"

Please note that coverage will depend on the declared value of the item(s) or up to the selected coverage amount
