Points Redemption
Points can be exchanged for Gift Cards (in the form of codes) to offset your purchases.
To redeem your points, first, log in to your account via the icon at the top right corner in the main page.
After logging in, look out for the pink "Rewards" Icon at the bottom right (on both PC and mobile) of your screen.
Click on it and select "Get Rewards"
If you have enough points, the icon will change to "Redeem". If you do not have enough points, it will remain as "Earn"
Once you redeem, you will receive a Gift Card Code to your email, which you can copy from the same page as well. Please check your junk/spam mailbox in case the Gift Card Code is redirected there.
Enter the code during checkout and click on "Apply". It will then be deducted from the total payable amount.

Kindly note that:
- Points are awarded only after an order has been fulfilled (ie sent out from us).
- Points are valid for 6 months. Making a new purchase extends the validity of your points.
- Gift cards do not expire
- You can use multiple gift cards in one order
- Gift cards are transferable - just share the code with your loved ones for them to use in their purchases from us as well 😊
