Where do your pieces come from?

Every piece is brand new, made in the original factories with the same fabrics and finishing as the full-price run. Labels are removed before they reach us. We’re an independent store, not affiliated with any brand.

Can I return or exchange?

All sales are final, as each piece is booked with the factory once you order. Message us about sizing first and we’ll gladly help.

How long until my order arrives?

Most pieces reach us in Singapore within 14 business days (some up to 21). Then express delivery takes 3–5 business days. Ready Stock ships in 2–3 business days.

Is everything listed in stock?

Pieces with a “Just in” badge can go straight to checkout. No badge? Send us a screenshot of your bag first and we’ll check.

Do I pay import duties?

Singapore prices include GST. Outside Singapore, prices don’t include import duties or taxes. See Shipping.
